About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and orders

Product descriptions and images aim to be accurate, but colours and packaging may vary. Availability is not guaranteed. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when acceptance is confirmed or the goods are dispatched, whichever the checkout confirmation states.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or inability to authorize payment. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

The checkout should show the item price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total before order placement. The payment provider is TO BE CONFIRMED. Payment-card data should be handled by the disclosed payment provider and not stored by this site except where explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Available delivery regions, charges, estimated dispatch and delivery times are TO BE CONFIRMED and must be shown at checkout before purchase. Unless a different period is agreed, consumer orders should be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Delivery and fulfilment providers are TO BE CONFIRMED.

Cancellation and returns

Consumers buying at a distance generally have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return them. Tell us at info@animaltshirts.co.uk. The returns address is TO BE CONFIRMED. You may need to pay return postage where the law and the information given before purchase permit it.

Cancellation rights can have exceptions, including made-to-measure or personalized goods, perishable goods, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We will identify any applicable exception before purchase; an exception is not assumed merely from the product category.

Goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose remain subject to statutory remedies. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Promotions and product reviews

Separate promotion terms may apply and will prevail for that promotion if they conflict with these terms. Reviews and other user content must be genuine, lawful and relevant; we may moderate content but do not promise to monitor every submission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, harvest personal data unlawfully, impersonate others, or use the service to break the law or another person's rights. We may restrict access and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal rights.

Links and availability

Third-party links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access and may suspend the site for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses suffered by a consumer. Any further limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms. The version and effective date appear above. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
